Let's see... Usually when I draw or work on stuff, I tend to listen to full cds/playlists of certain musicians. Here's some of my favorites~ That shouuuuld be good for now. |

There are some nice tunes in this thread! Well, I like listening to these songs at the moment (the songs that I listen to while working change pretty often): - among others, including some alternative rock, electronic music, and more game soundtracks (there are so many good tracks). It's much easier to concentrate while listening to game music because most of the time, there are just instruments. |

Mostly videogame music, Yume Nikki and fangames related music, and (recently) Vocaloid/Utau. I also listen to Aphex Twin sometimes, especially if I'm making weird stuff. It puts me in the mood.

My favorite songs by her in general would have to be Born to Die, National Anthem (Which I actually love so much I learned to play it on all the instruments I play, oops.), Ride, Prom Song (Gone Wrong), Queen of Disaster, Serial Killer, Off to the Races, Summertime Sadness.... Gosh, can I just write all her songs here? The thing about Lana that's so great but so difficult is that she has SO MANY SONGS it's hard to listen to them all and decide which one's the best. I'm always finding new favorites. |

Right now I am working on a questionnaire for my speech and I'm listening to Marina and The Diamonds on shuffle. Though it really depends on what mood I am. I usually have playlists on spotify of one artist and listen to them until I feel like someone else. A few weeks before it was Lana del Ray.

They both do really wonderful songs and i cant pick a favorite- so far i havent heard something i hadnt liked from either :0 The song that lana covered for the 'maleficent' soundtrack is such a great rendition~ i have really been listening to that too much. o.o So, on the other hand does anyone listen to their own compositions? I sort of have started to do that more as i have been making music more actively for my work. It sort of, helps gets me in the mindset more? Idk just wondering all~ |
